get ready to say hello to Your new small business bff's
CYL has been an invaluable place for me to grow as a person and to consider the direction I want to take my business. I'm so thankful for all the ladies in CYL who have both encouraged and allowed me to dream bigger then I could on my own. At the heart of this beautiful group of ladies is the wonderful Grace who - honest to goodness - cares about both you personally and want to see your biz succeed. Honestly, these these guys are the best.
I find the CYL community great not only for the supportive nature, sounding boards and wealth of information you get from other members, but it is also something less tangible about sharing your creative journey with a group of others that makes it feel so much more purposeful.
This is an exclusive membership program which offers creative boss ladies the tools and resources to run a kick-ass business.
We believe that creativity is not a competition. We understand that with one another's support, we all can profit and be successful in our endeavors.
When you join, you join a group of women who are passionate uplifting, and supportive. As well as curated content and resources which have been created and collected to help you feel connected and confident in your creative ambitions!
These are the lessons I keep in mind as I create content and facilitate this community. Because these are the things that have made me successful and many other women!
Having a whole Squad full of them! Joining the Squad means you get to rely on lessons I've learned in the years running my business, as well as the entire group of women who make up this group. You have a whole team of business owners at your fingertips. I don't know about you, but that's just about the coolest thing I've heard all day...
At least once a month, I'll be hosting a live call to take your questions and share my own strategies and advice. We also host member hot seats which you can volunteer for and have your business workshopped. It's basically one constant pow wow. We also have zero promo rule in the group! This means you can feel confident that we are all here for one another and truly want to support one another.
*Squad subscription does not include: Free kittens, Thai Delivery, glitter eyeshadow, monthly massages or guarantees of any kind. This is about community and mutual contribution, first and foremost!
**Disclaimer: The Squad is first and foremost about community and supporting one another. Your greatest resource is EACH OTHER. If you need more individualized and transformative help, you may want to explore the group mentorship program.

I have been a maker for a long time and have always had a dream of seeing my creative work reach new audiences, but honesty – I just didn’t know how to make it happen. I was kind of working in isolation, and feeling a bit stalled.
Hearing about, and joining the CYL community was an investment I made in myself. I’ve been a collective member for about a year now, and in that time have found that the resources I’ve found here have brought so much to my business. I feel like my work has gotten stronger, my voice has gotten stronger, and because I feel that I have the support of so many other amazing women in this group - I’m taking some creative risks that I’m excited about. With the trainings that CYL offers I’ve been able to clearly articulate my goals and see that I’m making progress day by day. Our collective of other women truly cheer each other on, and I learn so much from hearing about the common struggles we all go through as creatives.
I’ve been a member of the CYL Squad for over a year now and am so glad I joined! I deeply value being able to connect with other makers and artists as we learn from one another, share our struggles and victories, set goals and hold each other accountable, and cheer each other on in the process.
Grace is an awesome leader who speaks truth to us when we’re beating ourselves up or caught in cycles of perfectionism or fighting resistance. I’ve enjoyed the masterminds and master classes she’s put together - they always challenge me to take next steps in my handmade business and keep growing personally and professionally. Most of all, getting to know other ladies on this journey has been a lot of fun and I appreciate the friendships that are developing!
Joining the CYL Squad has been so key to flourishing as a creative! I've found so much positive energy and encouragement that I treasure. It's a privilege to be among other creatives and to have the support and answers to questions you can't quite figure out on your own.
There are some very influential and experienced members who pour out amazing resources and helpful information that I would spend hours searching the web for. An amazing space to be for sure!
For me, the most important thing that has come from being part of CYL is that I have met great women who have been a great resource and support in a career that can sometimes be really lonely.
Being a few years out of art school now, I missed the camaraderie that developed being in a community with other artists. Sometimes we need a sounding board or to get some trusted eyes on a difficult piece that has us wanting to throw in the towel. We meet each other where we are at, and coming from so many different backgrounds, it is a well rounded community that offers the opportunity to learn and grow.
I've only been part of the Squad for a short while now, and I already see the value in being a member. In the past, I've often gotten a bit of a competitive vibe from other artists and makers, but being part of this amazing group of women has shown me that not everyone is like that! I feel so supported by the Squad! It is so encouraging to not only hear praise for my work, but helpful tips and tricks from people who are already doing what I want to do. And being part of a collaborative group of women, especially in this current political climate, is so dang important--keep pushing, keep making, and keep looking forward, because I'm not doing it alone.
